I design analytics systems that help organizations make better decisions.
My work focuses on:
Built the infrastructure to track UF’s pre-health student population — replacing years of guesswork from an unmaintained listserv with a maintained, self-service system now used by thousands of students.
Annual placement algorithm for incoming UF freshmen into Quest 1 courses. Runs each May using survey data and priority logic to enroll thousands of students before orientation.
Early warning system that uses NaviGatorAI (GPT) to read student drop reasons and score each 1–100 for level of concern — enabling advisors to do proactive outreach for at-risk students.
Led the integration of CLAS advising operations into Salesforce (Gator360) and opened CLAS cases as read-only to 200+ campus advisors across UF — a long-standing goal realized in April 2025.
